About Art Club Co.

Art Club Co. was founded with fondness after years of both teaching and delving into the capabilities and natural tendencies of young children as well as witnessing and experiencing various methods of deep inner healing in adults. Art, movement and nature create unique opportunities to model and practice various coping skills and connection points which then flow into other parts of life. By cultivating a calming space and providing gentle guidance Emily aims to encourage an opportunity for people to learn about creating, about nature and ultimately about themselves.

Slow and steady.

At Art Club Co. it isn’t about pushing anyone to make a certain product. Emily is more interested in investing in the process, encouraging slowing down, taking a breath, learning and growing. By engaging in creative processes in various ways we can be encouraged to slowly observe the beauty and complexity found within and around us and can create from that space of observation.

A note from Emily…

As parents, as humans, as people interacting in the world the best we can, we all deserve the space to be present to ourselves and awake to our needs and capabilities. With the help of creative processes, I aim to cultivate that space. Connections to nature, even in small doses, can reconnect us to the grounded environment we live in. The busyness of life has a way of keeping us too busy to see, to feel, to breathe and to pause. Let me come alongside you in encouraging and inspiring your healing, your connection with your child, or your child’s individual creativity, by allowing a space for creativity and presence to meet one another. - Emily
